A 10% discount is applicable to the second week price of a two week booking. 

The prices below are fully inclusive. There are no extra charges for end cleaning, electricity, internet access, bedding or towels.  Winters in South West France are only slightly warmer than in the UK.  The property has electric convector heaters, and wood for the wood burner can be bought from the local supermarket / DIY store for the large wood burner in the main room.

Payments can also be made in Euros, please email us for the current exchange rate. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.  20% deposit is required to confirm a booking and the remainder is due eight weeks before arrival.  We will also require a £100 refundable deposit prior to your rental in case of damage or breakages.

Changeover day is Sunday and we ask that you arrive after 4pm and depart by 10am.  Changeover is negotiable outside of peak season.

You are welcome to bring one pet with you and we do make a charge of £15 a week to cover the cost of extra cleaning.  If you want to bring multiple pets, please contact us first.  We do ask that you don’t allow pets on the furniture or in the pool and that you poop scoop.  Please don’t leave them in the house on their own and we would advise that you keep them within the confines of the garden and terrace as there are a number of dogs in the hamlet who wander free.
